BluWrap Wins Food and Beverage Category at the 2013 Golden Bridge Awards

BluWrap, the company that naturally extends the shelf life of fresh proteins, today announced it is the gold winner of the 2013 Golden Bridge Awards in the food and beverage category. BluWrap was recognized for innovation with its controlled atmosphere technology that inhibits the natural degradation process of fish, making it possible to affordably and sustainably deliver freshness worldwide.

More than 40 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the 2013 Golden Bridge Business Awards winners. The winners were honored during the awards dinner and presentation on September 30, 2013 in San Francisco attended by the finalists, industry leaders, and judges.
